The locally roasted Vigilante Coffee that baristas pour at Detour Coffee helps accomplish their primary goal—to get customers to slow down and take a detour in the name of java. The pour-over requires a bit of extra patience since it takes a few minutes to brew, but you can bypass that complication by ordering online for a quick pickup (or just get drip coffee instead).
