It’s so very important right now to support small local businesses. It’s easy to do at a delicious spot like Toby’s Homemade Ice Cream! This locally owned ice cream shop is the passion project of local ice cream connoisseur Toby Bantug and his wife, Monina. Back in 2008 they decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship, purchasing a closing parlor and hoping to make it their own. They’ve done that and then some in their over 10 years in business, growing to one of the most popular ice cream shops in the region, for good reason. 

Each flavor ice cream is crafted with 16% butterfat, which makes it “super-premium” ice cream. You can tell the difference after your first perfectly creamy bite. On any given visit they typically will have over twenty flavor options – talk about overwhelming! Toby’s favorite is the green tea, but other options include cafe au lait, coconut chocolate crunch, black raspberry, even a variety of sorbet options for those who are dairy-free.
