Now open on Washington Boulevard in Arlington, Utahime is a Japanese restaurant serving expertly crafted sushi, sashimi, hibachi, and more in a modern, elegant space. The Godzilla Roll at Utahime comes very highly recommended, with blue crab, cucumber, and kani on the inside and spicy tuna, avocado, red snapper, spicy mayo, and eel sauce on the outside. Guests also speak highly of the more classic rolls, like spicy tuna and the fresh sashimi. They also offer some incredible vegetarian options. The full bar accompanies the food well, with handcrafted cocktails and sake. To top off the meal, opt for the tempura ice cream, with honey-tempura banana and mochi! 

While the ambiance at Utahime is decidedly upscale, the eatery is still welcoming to families, with high chairs and kids’ menus. Utahime is open for lunch and dinner and offers happy hour specials for guests looking for a deal.
